Mountain Grille Badge

Love the Grille Badge! I do wish the attachment method was a little more sturdy, but it looks great!! Thank you KOK!

The stud that screws into the nut inside the badge pulled the nut out and destroyed the plastic by only finger tightening. Trashed it

Some confusion on shipping. The product shipped in 4 separate boxes and was originally only sent 1 tracking #. So we thought we was short some items. After reaching out I received the other tracking #’s. We were short one item. I messaged and received a replacement in 2 days with no questions asked.

This product is good quality and the colors are vivid, just like I was hoping for. It was easy to install, you don't need any tools. I hand tightened all screws and nuts and it is really secure on the grill. I would have one suggestion to make the product better, and that is to have some type of threaded insert with a back inserted into the actual badge, or mold a back to the badge body. When I was attaching the threaded rod into the back of the badge, there was nothing stopping me from threading the rod all the way through. This started to push the colored inserts away from the main body of the badge, and these inserts are only held on by glue/double sided tape. If there was a threaded insert in the back of the badge with a "back, " or a back molded to the threaded hole, to let the threaded rod bottom out (stop when fully threaded in) it could prevent the inserts from being pushed away from the main badge portion. That is the only suggestion I would have to make this product top notch. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the quality of the product. I gave it 4-stars due to the issue noted above, otherwise I would have given 5-stars.

The light up Tacoma letters exceeded my expectations.
