Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, which can only be done before shipping label was created, the amount will be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Cancellation of any order will result in 5% cancellation fee (we will be charged that much by payment platform for every transaction), we can edit your order before shipping, if you would like to swap your existing order to a different item that we have;
  

• If a shipping label has been made for an order it is unable to be cancelled.
