Delivery time changes depending on the selected carrier and destinations as indicated in the checkout phase. Carrier delivery time does not include the order processing period as mentioned in the next section. Fine Auto Parts cannot be held responsible for the Carrier's late deliveries. Once the goods have been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number.
WAREHOUSE
All orders will be shipped from our US warehouse located in California.
Normal shipping times for USA orders: 3 to 8 days depends on your distance from our California warehouse, will take longer during the period of Black Friday till New Year.
CUSTOMS
Orders shipped outside the U.S.A. can be subject to customs controls for duties and VAT for import. Fine Auto Parts cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to customs control.
TIME REQUIREMENTS
Time requirements refer to business days only, Monday to Friday, national holidays excluded, and in any case not during nor including the Company annual leave period which will be communicated in good time on the website homepage.

- Orders entered before 5:30 am EDT (PST-8) Mon-Fri ship same day.
- Orders entered before 1:30 pm EDT (PST-8) Mon-Fri we make our best effort to ship the same day and guarantee the next business day shipping.
- Orders entered before 4:30 pm EDT (PST-8) Mon-Sun ship next business day.
Our "Free Shipping" covers all standard shipping and handling charges in the US to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than Fine Auto Parts Products.
